This game is a submission to LOWREZJAM 2022
Game is 64x64 due to jam rules.
We combined "Kill It With Fire" and "Plants As Tools" themes.

Story

3 little plants go to the forest to camp. They start a fire and have fun around it. Slimes living in the forest are disturbed by their fun. They move forward to put out the campfire lit by small plants. Plant friends need to act together to stop these slimes.

Gameplay

Slimes can be neutralized with their own colored flame.

You have to use plants to give color to the burning fire. You can alert the plant to add its own color to fire by pressing the matching key. You can mix the plants to get different colored fire.

After you get the color you want, you can aim your mouse cursor at your target and shoot a fireball.

Really cute art! I feel like the player is held back by waiting for animations to complete in the earlier levels, and after getting to level 9 I cannot tell if there is an end with a cute win screen. I can't keep up. Also, the player's eyes are focused on the upper half of the screen for the majority of the game, but the best spritework was done on the lower half! I'd have liked to see the slimes do extra animations/expressions.

Can confirm there's a very cute end screen after level 10, it's worth it :)
